What a readout costs

Fees follow the shape of the work: a full review, a half-day pulse sitting, a post-launch check, or a quarterly cycle. Exact totals depend on sites, languages, and the window you name.

Colleagues reviewing papers together at a table

Prices are in Malaysian ringgit and exclude any tax that applies. They are starting points, not a menu you can add to a shopping cart. There is no monthly licence and no annual toggle. You pay for a piece of work with a start and an end, or for a named quarter.

What moves a quote

More than six sites, dual-language comment samples, contractor groups with a separate login path, or a lookback longer than ninety days will raise a review fee. A workshop outside Johor Bahru adds travel as a day rate. If two employee experience apps must be read as one story — for example a pulse and a recognition feed covering the same plants — we quote a combined packet rather than doubling the flagship fee.

We do not publish a cheaper “lite” review that skips the working sessions. If you only need the half-day sitting, book the workshop.

Deposits and timing

A review or rollout check is reserved with a forty percent deposit. The balance is due on delivery of the written packet. Workshops are payable in full five working days before the sitting. Quarterly cycles are invoiced at the start of each quarter.

Estimates without a full brief

If you are not ready to name the app and the window, write anyway. We can say whether the work looks like a review, a workshop, or a wait-until-the-round-closes, without inventing a number that will not survive contact with your roster.
