House notes
This page applies to confirmed readout work: the EX app analytics review, the pulse readout workshop, the rollout usage review, and quarterly briefings. It does not cover goods, shipping, or licences, because we do not sell those.
Who may ask
The person named on the confirmation, writing from the organisation that booked the work, may request a refund, a cancellation, or a move of dates. Write to info@toolcabinbase.click and include the confirmation date and the app named in the work.
Deposit and fees already paid
Reviews and rollout checks are reserved with a forty percent deposit. Workshops are payable in full five working days before the sitting. Quarterly cycles are invoiced at the start of the quarter. A refund, where due, is returned by the same method you paid, usually a Malaysian bank transfer, within fourteen working days after we agree the amount in writing.
Full refund
You receive a full refund of sums paid if we cancel the engagement for our own reasons, if we cannot start within a reasonable time after the confirmed kickoff through our fault, or if you cancel in writing more than ten working days before the kickoff (for a review or rollout check) or more than five working days before a workshop, and we have not yet opened your exports.
Partial refund
If you cancel between ten and five working days before a review kickoff, we keep the deposit and refund any balance already paid. If work has started — kickoff held, data request sent and answered, or a working session completed — we invoice for time already spent at a reasonable share of the fee and refund only what remains. Opening your files counts as work started.
Non-refundable items
Time already spent in sessions, a briefing already delivered, and a workshop sitting that took place are not refundable. Third-party room hire you arranged is your cost. Travel booked for a sitting outside Johor Bahru is not refundable once tickets or rooms are purchased with your written go-ahead.
Cancellation and rescheduling
You may ask to move a kickoff or workshop once without fee if you give at least five working days’ notice and a new date within thirty days. A second move, or a move with less notice, may be charged MYR 400 or treated as a cancellation, depending on whether we had already blocked the day. We will reschedule without fee if a Malaysian public holiday is gazetted after we confirmed the date.
No-shows
If nobody from your side joins a confirmed session and you have not written to postpone, the session is charged. For a workshop, that is the full workshop fee. For a review, that session is treated as completed for the timetable, and we will still write from the materials we have, with gaps marked.
Quarterly cycles
A quarter cancelled with at least ten working days’ notice before the sitting is not charged. Later cancellation keeps the quarter fee. A briefing already sent that quarter is not refundable.
Exceptions
If a plant emergency or a regulator visit makes your nominated people unavailable, write as soon as you can. We will move the sitting once without treating it as a no-show. We do not refund because you disliked a finding. We do refund if we failed to deliver the packet named in the confirmation.
