Pulse readout workshop
A half-day sitting with your latest pulse round: response rates, skipped items, and the three questions that actually moved.
This sitting is for a people team that has just closed a pulse round in an employee experience app and has a manager meeting on the calendar. It is not a four-week review. We spend a half day on the round you already ran.
What the hours are for
We start with who answered and who did not, by the cuts you already use: site, function, shift, or length of service. We then look at skipped items, because a high overall rate can hide a question that night-shift supervisors never touch. The last block is the three questions or prompts that moved, and whether that movement is large enough to mention in a huddle.
You leave with a marked printout or shared note, a suggested order for the manager conversation, and a list of claims the round does not support. We do not produce a full written briefing unless you add the flagship review.
What you bring
Access to the closed round, a room or a call slot of three and a half hours, and one person who can explain how the pulse was sent — including Bahasa and English versions, contractor coverage, and any reminder sequence. If the round is still open, wait until it closes.
Price and booking
Workshops start at MYR 3,200 in Johor Bahru. Travel to another Malaysian city is added as a day rate. Write to us with the close date of the round and the date of the manager meeting you need to prepare for.
