A retained sitting each quarter so the employee experience app is read on a calendar, not only after a scare in the numbers.
Some people teams want the flagship review once. Others want the same app read four times a year so a dip after Hari Raya or a plant shutdown is not mistaken for a new crisis. The quarterly briefing is that calendar.
What repeats
Each quarter we take the same cuts you chose in the first cycle: sites, shifts, and the two or three questions you have agreed to watch. We mark what changed, what stayed flat, and what looks like a calendar effect. The packet is a short briefing and a working session, not a repeat of the full four-week review unless something large has shifted.
The first quarter is heavier because we agree the cuts and the language of the briefing. Later quarters are shorter if the app and the roster have not changed.
Who it suits
A people lead who already survived the first year of an employee experience app and now has to brief a leadership group on a set date. It does not suit a team still swapping vendors every few months.
Terms in brief
A quarter is booked as a cycle, not as an open helpdesk. Cancel or move a cycle with ten working days’ notice or the sitting is charged. Materials from one quarter stay in your file; we do not reuse another organisation’s numbers. Fees start at MYR 4,800 a quarter after the opening review has set the cuts. Ask us if you want the opening review and the first four cycles quoted together.
