House notes
These terms govern the website at toolcabinbase.click and the readout work Toolcabinbase offers to organisations in Malaysia. By using the site or asking us to begin a review, workshop, rollout check, or quarterly briefing, you accept them.
The practice
Toolcabinbase is the trading name of the practice at Office 10, 54 Demo Street, Johor Bahru 00000. Write to info@toolcabinbase.click or call +60 7 0000 5410.
Who may use the site
The site is written for people-team professionals and other authorised staff of organisations considering a readout. You must not use the site to scrape content, overload the host, or misrepresent yourself as us.
The work we offer
Descriptions of reviews, workshops, rollout checks, and briefings are invitations to enquire, not an offer capable of immediate acceptance at a published price. A contract exists only when we send a written confirmation that names the app, the window, the fee, and the dates.
Your materials
Exports, screenshots, and comments you share remain yours. We use them only to perform the named work. We do not claim copyright in your employee experience app records. We do claim copyright in our briefing text, maps, and session notes as documents we authored, and we licence you to use those documents inside your organisation.
Accuracy
You are responsible for the completeness of what you share and for any permission needed under your employment and privacy rules. We are responsible for reading what we were given with reasonable care and for marking gaps we notice. We do not guarantee a particular finding, a change in participation, or a manager reaction.
Liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability for a confirmed engagement is limited to the fee paid for that engagement. We are not liable for lost profits, lost management time, or decisions you take after a briefing. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow a limit.
Website content
Pages on this site may change. They are not professional advice until they are attached to a confirmed engagement. Names of employee experience apps are used to describe the field; no endorsement is implied.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from the site or from our work are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory rights that apply.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Confirmed engagements keep the version in force on the confirmation date unless both sides agree otherwise.
